Privacy Policy

Truck Finder is operated by Irishman Transportation LLC ("we"). It lets truck drivers share when they're empty and lets freight brokers send them load offers. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address and a password or sign-in link.
- Business info: USDOT number, company name and public FMCSA record details (authority, insurance, safety), driver type, equipment, lanes, and for brokers the brokerage name and MC number.
- Precise location: only while the app is open and only when you tap to share it. We never collect location in the background.
- Your private minimum rate: stored for your use only and never shown to brokers.
- Load offers and replies between drivers and brokers.
- Payments: broker subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep only the subscription status Stripe reports.
How location is shared
Location is off until you turn on Available. By default brokers see only a circle (25, 50 or 100 miles) placed around your area, not your exact spot. Your exact location is shared with a broker only after you accept that broker's offer, or if you choose Exact pin.
How we use it
- To show available trucks to brokers and deliver offers.
- To verify carriers with the FMCSA public database.
- To run broker subscriptions and keep the service secure.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Payments are handled by Stripe. These providers process data for us under their own security terms.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app or at truck-finder-demo.vercel.app/delete-account. Deleting removes your profile, location, availability and offers. Stripe may keep payment records as required by law.
Children
Truck Finder is for working drivers and brokers age 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app.
