Terms of Service

By using Truck Finder you agree to these terms.
The service
Truck Finder connects drivers and carriers who choose to show availability with freight brokers who may send load offers. We are not a broker or carrier and are not a party to any load, rate confirmation or payment between users.
Your account
- Give accurate information, including your real USDOT or MC number.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Don't spam, harass, or send fake offers. We may suspend accounts that do.
Broker subscription
Brokers can browse for free. Sending offers needs a subscription ($9.99/month after a 7-day free trial unless a promo applies). It renews monthly until canceled; cancel any time and it ends at the close of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.
No guarantees
Carrier details come from FMCSA public records and users. Do your own checks before booking. The service is provided "as is" and, to the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
